This Shipping, Return, & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products ordered from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.


2. Shipping Methods:

We offer a $10 flat rate standard ground shipping option for orders in the domestic US. For international orders shipping will be quoted at checkout.

3. Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number in the email.

4. Delays and Issues:

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.  In the event of a delay, we will provide updates and assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the carrier to fix the issue and provide a suitable solution for you.

7. Address Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.  We are not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

9. All Sales Final:

Due to the nature of our products and to craft the best possible experience for all our customers, We Are Righteous does not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.

We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Shipping Policy.
